采用两相厌氧-SBR法处理桂林市瓦窑米粉厂的生产废水,即在SBR池前利用两相厌氧池进行预处理,减少SBR池的有机负荷,节约投资,同时SBR池不设污泥处理设施,占地面积仅85m2。一年多的实际运行情况表明,米粉厂生产废水经两相厌氧预处理后,BOD和CODcr的去除率分别为31.0%和53.0%,BOD和CODcr分别降解到587mg·L-1和753mg·L-1,BOD/CODcr≈0.78。经过SBR池后,BOD和CODcr分别降解到24.3mg·L-1和77.1mg·L-1,达到国家规定的《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96)的新改扩一级标准。 |

Two-phase anaerobic-sequencing batch reactor(SBR) process is used to treat the waste water from Wayao rice noodle mill in Guilin,China.The waste water is treated in a two phase anaerobic tank before it comes into a SBR tank so the load of SBR tank is reduced. There is no sludge disposal facilities to be equipped to the SBR tank,and that reduces construction area and drops the cost. In one year of operation,the removal rates of BOD and COD cr are 31.0% and 53.0% respectively after the two phase anaerobic tank, and BOD and COD cr drop to 587 mg·L-1 and 753 mg·L-1 respectively BOD/COD cr ≈0.78.After going through next SBR tank,BOD and COD cr drop to 24.3 mg·L-1 and 77.1 mg·L-1 respectively,and meet the National Requirements of the First Grade of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-96). |
