| 用氨基酸分析仪分析中药四叶参(Codonopsis lanceolata Benth.et Hk.F)的氨基酸成分,并比较四叶参中水解氨基酸和游离氨基酸含量。结果是,四叶参中鉴定出16种氨基酸成分,水解氨基酸总量为5.70%,游离氨基酸总量为4.17%。四叶参中含有16种氨基酸,结合状态和游离状态存在的氨基酸差异不大。 |

| The determination of amino acid in Codonopsis lanceolata Benth.et Hk.F by the automatic analyzer was presented in this article for the first time.And the content of free amino acid is compared to the content of hydrolyzed amino acid in C.lanceolata.16 kinds of amino acids were identified.The amount of hydrolyzed amino and free amino acid were 5.70% and 4.17% respectively.The results showed that there are 16 kinds of amino acids in C.lanceolata.and there was little difference in the content of conjugated amino acids and free amino acids. |
