摘要:

[目的]为加快广西海洋科技的技术创新,研究广西海洋产业发展的科技需求,为广西海洋产业快速发展提供参考。[方法]在分析广西海洋产业的海洋资源、海洋产业发展现状和海洋产业发展趋势的基础上,指出广西海洋产业技术创新存在的问题,并在此基础上提出广西海洋产业的科技需求。[结果]广西海洋产业要加强海洋科技基础投入、加强高层次人才的培养和引进、加快海洋基础资源的调查和研究、加强海洋产业技术的引进和国际科技合作、加强海洋资源保护。[结论]广西在海洋产业的技术创新过程中必须坚持"有所为,有所不为"的原则,推进海洋产业结构调整和产业升级,促进形成特色明显、优势突出的现代海洋产业体系。

Abstract:

[Objective] Scientific and technological needs of the marine industry in Guangxi were studied in order to provide a reference for the rapid development of the marine industry in Guangxi, and to speed up technological innovation of Guangxi marine science and technology.[Methods] Analyses of Guangxi marine industry were conducted on marine resources, current status and future trend of marine industry development, based on which were proposed the problems of technology innovation and technology requirements in Guangxi marine industry.[Results] Some strategies should be taken to strengthen the marine industry in Guangxi, including basic investment on marine science and technology, training and introducing highly talented people, speeding up the investigation and research on marine-based resources, introducing technology of marine industry and international cooperation on sciences and technologies, protecting marine resources, and achieving the goal of ecological construction.[Conclusion] In the process of technological innovation in the marine industry, Guangxi must adhere to the principle of "doing some things and leaving some things undone", to promote structure adjustment and industrial upgrading of marine industry, and the formation of modern marine industry system with distinct characteristics and highlight advantages.
