在实验室内采用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器处理南宁市明阳淀粉厂的木薯淀粉废水。结果表明,UASB反应器处理COD浓度低于8000mg/L的淀粉废水时,COD去除率为70%~80%,容积负荷能达到每天11kgCOD/(m3·d)。UASB反应器处理木薯淀粉废水是无能耗、基建投资少的废水处理工艺。 |

Abstract: |
An Upflow Anerobic Sludge Blanket(UASB) is adopted in lab to treat starch wastewater collected from a cassava starch factory in Nanning.The results show that COD can be dropped by 70%~80% in the UASB reactor when the COD is under 8000mg/l in the wastewater.The working load is up to 11kgCOD/(m3·d) per day. This process has advantages of low invest and low energy consumption. |
